Classic Chiroti Rava Sheera using Indifeast Chiroti Rava

Ingredients

For Rawa Idlis:
  • 1 cup IndiFeast Rawa Idli Mix

  • 1 cup water (adjust as needed)

  • 1 tbsp curd (optional)

  • 1 tsp oil (for greasing)
For the chaat:
  • ½ cup whisked curd

  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney

  • 2 tbsp green chutney


Method

  • Make the idlis
    • In a bowl, mix IndiFeast Rawa Idli Mix with water and curd.
    • Let it rest for 10 minutes.
    • Grease idli moulds and pour batter.
    • Steam for 12–15 minutes until soft and fluffy.
  • Assemble the chaat
    • Place the idli pieces in a shallow bowl.
    • Add onions and tomatoes on top.

  • Chill the curd beforehand for a refreshing taste.
  • Add pomegranate seeds for a festive twist.
